PLACING AN ORDER

A MESSAGE CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT WITHIN 48 HOURS with detailed steps on how to make payment.
PAYMENT IS PROCESSED VIA BANK TRANSFERS.
ALL INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED.
Please allow a minimum of 3 days processing time for payment.
ALL FLOWERS ARE SUBJECT TO MARKET AND SEASONAL AVAILABILITY.
certain limited/premium flowers will require a 10 day pre-order period.
In cases where the requested flower/colour is not available, we will do our best to subtitute it with the closest match.
changes and cancellations are not allowed after payment has been made as flowers are bought according to order.
all deliveries are required to be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
the delivery fee is non-refundable should there be a cancellation to the delivery, unless given 24 hours prior notice.
if you wish to change your delivery time, we respectfully request at least 24 hours prior notice.
when delivering to an apartment, please ensure that someone will be available to receive the delivery, or it can be left in a safe place. re-deliveries will incur an additional fee of $20.
all orders are to be collected from 120 a’beckett street, melbourne, vic 3000., unless stated otherwise.
if you wish to change your collection time, we respectfully request at least 24 hours prior notice. collections that are not on time may have to be re-scheduled as we may not be in the studio.
please check flowers upon delivery / collection. refunds will not be processed unless accurate photographic evidence is provided within 2 days from the delivery/collection date.
